Cheesy Seafood Crescent Ring

 

When you want an appetizer that looks like it came straight from a gourmet bakery but takes very little effort to assemble, this Cheesy Seafood Crescent Ring is the answer. There is something incredibly satisfying about breaking into a warm, flaky, golden-brown crescent crust to find a rich and creamy seafood center. It’s the kind of dish that guests stop and take pictures of before they dive in!

 Ingredients

For the filling:

1 cup cooked shrimp (peeled & chopped)
1 cup cooked chicken or crab meat (optional mix)
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
½ cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated Parmesan
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

For the crust:

2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

For topping:

2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
